Meanwhile, the envoy to Kosovo from our headquarters is in new developments, perhaps anticipated and with the modification of the situations created in Kosovo and in the entire Albanian world. Kosovo's closest allies, who have always followed them in this difficult hour, are interested in having information on whether there is a determined military organization able to stand on its feet in the absence of a regular people's army, as well as from the political forces in Tirana. It is as if there were a meeting among a number of men asking what would happen to their country. The KLA is in these days and years of this Albanian spring, in relation to what is called the KLA. From the moment when the political process necessarily comes to an end and down to its actions. Our newspaper's field correspondents have produced a clear report on its situation.
At this moment we have looked at the situation up close and spoken with one group of people, on the one hand, and with another group of commanders and fighters. These conversations clearly show that the KLA is a new organization, which is now expanding throughout all of Kosovo. It is still not the same before the appearances. At this first moment it becomes clear that the name that has now emerged and is being used in journalistic reports, in political analyses and in the organization's communications is not its only form of appearance. Now the Belgrade authorities and Serbian propaganda officially call them "terrorists"; they have been replaced and are expected to be gathered into a serious force, from which it will now be made clear that it will be the structure in the large Balli of Kosovo. This is the name by which Albanians previously considered it. In this way so far, the institutions and groups of Kosovo do not want to recognize their police. This basis denounces also in the way of Albania, the decision against the KLA, and they think, or from the harsh official politics. What has been good from the beginning is that it has allowed Albanians to have confidence by bringing Kosovo into the same organized framework, whereas that part which is currently acting with arms, and which is difficult to identify entirely, to be fully recognized for what it is and what it is not, seems to be something among the KLA. Yet being variably so every need may be possible for the KLA to become limited, since it cannot easily impose all its discipline. This is why, in certain cases, many operations by the Serbian forces, there is a considerable number that can bring explanations in many places. This is considered a key demand arising from the situation in which we find ourselves.
On the KLA scene and the mobilization of power so as not to do anything against it. The high opposition of NGOs to denounce even more clearly that a day passes without their pressure from allies closely linked to the structures of the KLA. Likewise another group of Albanians, or the so-called government-in-exile factors, has constantly been vocal that the party in question should as quickly as possible stop denouncing the KLA and instead support it. These discussions made possible the emergence of the KLA onto the scene, and the increase of its weight in public life. Yet because it will be closer and transformed, as if nothing of the sort were any longer possible, Serbian propaganda has tried to portray it as an organization created by Tirana, or by other factors, in order to destabilize the region.
